1. Returns Period
 
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
 
2. How to Return
 
- Email us at modernluxhomeuk2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

- We will send you return instructions

- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
 
3. Refunds
 
Once we receive and check your item, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. We do not refund original delivery costs unless the entire order is returned.
 
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
 
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
 
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

- We will arrange replacement, repair, or full refund + cover return costs

- All goods are covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults
 
5. Non-Returnable Items
 
Made-to-order or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
 
6. Your Legal Rights
 
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
